What is "all stainless steel conveying roller"?

Generally speaking, in order to avoid too fast rust, the roller surface will be galvanized. However, this treatment method is generally only applicable to ordinary indoor conditions, and it is not competent for some special industries (such as fresh, slaughtering, cold storage, etc.) in a very humid or even drenched environment.

For the above conditions, we usually choose "stainless steel roller". But the so-called "stainless steel roller", generally only refers to the pipe made of stainless steel. Other components of the roller, such as the shaft core, bearing, and even the transmission element or bearing seat, may not be stainless steel, can not meet the high requirements of rust.

Such a roller, if long-term work in wet, water conditions, in addition to the cylinder, other parts of the roller will still appear rusty. It can even pollute the conveying material and the field environment, or affect the normal operation of the roller.

In order to achieve the normal use of the roller in wet or water environment, it is necessary to ensure that the roller as a whole meets the high anti-rust requirements. In addition to the cylinder should be made of stainless steel, it is required that all other metal parts such as shafts, bearings, bearing shells, and sprockets should be made of stainless steel. This leads to our research object today-"all stainless steel conveying roller".

Taking the sprocket roller in the figure as an example, we can realize that all metal parts including the cylinder, shaft core, bearing, sprocket and bearing seat of the roller are made of stainless steel. In addition, the green plastic end cover itself has excellent anti-rust ability, making the whole roller impeccable in the face of wet conditions.
